特級初榨橄欖油(57%)、半成品日內瓦羅勒PDO(日內瓦羅勒PDO 63%)、特級初榨橄欖油、鹽、抗氧化劑(抗壞血酸)、20%腰果、植物纖維、格拉那帕達諾芝士(牛奶、凝乳、鹽、溶菌酶:蛋白質)、松子、大蒜、鹽、乳酸。

食用建議:
非常適合撈意大利麵,或者塗喺帕尼尼、肉類菜式,甚至新鮮嘅莫札瑞拉沙拉上面,都一樣好味。

ANFOSSO – Basil Pesto with Genovese Basil DOP
An out of this world earthy, intensely aromatic, yet bright in color, Pesto Genovese, created from a home made Ligurian traditional recipe, only in small batches. It is DOP ( Protected Designation of Origin) certified, meaning only pesto made in a precise manner with fresh Ligurian DOP basil can use that labeling.

Extra virgin olive oil (57%), Semifinished Genovese Basil PDO (Genovese Basil PDO 63%), extra virgin olive oil, salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid) 20% cashew nuts, vegetable fibre, grana padano cheese (milk, rennet, salt, lysozyme: egg protein), pine nuts, garlic, salt. lactic acid

Serving Suggestions
